All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to display our products and their ingredients accurately, but we do not guarantee that colours, packaging or nutritional images on your screen are completely accurate. Product availability is subject to stock, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice.
3. Food and health information
Our products are food/nutritional products, not medicines. Nutritional information and claims are provided for general guidance. If you have a food allergy, medical condition, or are pregnant or nursing, please read the product label and consult a qualified health professional before consuming. 4. Orders and payment
When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. We accept payment by the methods shown at checkout (processed securely by Tap Payments). An order is confirmed once payment is authorised and you receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is mispriced or out of stock, in which case any payment taken will be refunded.
5. Shipping and delivery
Delivery timeframes and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events beyond our reasonable control.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
