Refund policy

At D8 Nutrition (Verdant Specialities), your satisfaction and safety matter to us. Because our protein bars are consumable food products, we follow the return and refund rules below in line with UAE consumer protection standards.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on delivery. If any item is damaged, defective, past its best-before date, or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@verdantspecialities.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Change-of-mind returns

For food-safety reasons, opened or partially consumed products cannot be returned. Unopened products in their original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind returns, and a refund will be issued once we receive and inspect the item.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled, but the return rules above still apply.
