Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with D8 Nutrition. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we deliver your order.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Delivery areas and times

We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates. Estimated delivery is 2-4 business days from dispatch, depending on your emirate and location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and order size, so you can see the exact cost before you pay. Any free-shipping offers or thresholds that apply will also be shown at checkout.

Tracking your order

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be shared by email or SMS after dispatch. If you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will follow up with the courier.

Incorrect address or failed delivery

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or no answer, re-delivery may incur an additional charge.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as set out in our Return and Refund Policy.
